浅析高校班级管理工作的开展以及家文化班级管理模式的创新

"要全面实施素质教育,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。"这是对新时代中国特色社会主义教育的要求。中国特色社会主义事业的建设与发展,国家民族的兴旺与发达都离不开高校大学生的发展与成才。本文以"浅析高校班级管理工作的开展以及家文化班级管理模式的创新点"为研究论题,通过一年多的班级管理工作经验为佐证,从党建团学工作,学生日常管理工作,思想教育及心理健康教育工作,家文化班级工作四方面对高校班级工作进行浅析,旨在为学生提供更好的成长环境,培养出更加优秀的大学生。
