医学院校学分制管理下的英语教学管理模式建构——以宁夏医科大学为例

医学院校进行英语教学改革应契合"以能力为本位"、"以就业为导向"的人才培养目标,基于宁夏医科大学教学改革实践,遵循主体性、动态性、自愿性、因材施教、个性发展的原则,优化课程设置,调整和完善教学内容,合理设置大学英语及医学英语模块,完善课程体系,创新课堂教学和自主学习模式,加强自主学习环境建设,建立发展性评价机制,强化教学监控。

The reform of English teaching in medical colleges and universities should conform to the training objectives of'ability-based'and'employment-oriented'.Based on the practice of teaching reform in Ningxia Medical University,the principles of subjectivity,dynamics,voluntariness,teaching according to aptitude and personality development should be followed,the curriculum should be optimized,and the teaching should be adjusted and improved.Contents:Setting up college English and medical English modules rationally,perfecting curriculum system,innovating classroom teaching and self-learning mode,strengthening the construction of self-learning environment,establishing a developmental evaluation mechanism,and strengthening teaching monitoring.
