应用型人才培养导向:国际贸易实务教学方法的反思与改进 被引量:2

摘要 随着国家建设应用型大学的提速,国际贸易实务课堂教学方法理应耦合应用型人才培养导向。然而,已有课堂教学要么用传统地讲授法满堂灌,要么"自上而下"地推行双语教学、案例教学、模块化教、参与式教学、情景模拟教学等,忽视这些方法的适用条件和潜在弊端。为解决上述问题,国际贸易实务课堂教学方法应"自下而上"对接企业需求,以应用型人才培养为导向,以与教学模块的契合为重点,以慕课等终身教育平台建设为趋向。教师应从"研究型"、"学术型"转向"双师型",把应用型人才培养的目标落到实处。 With the acceleration of the national construction of applied universities,the teaching methods of international trade practice should conform to this trend.However,the existing teaching methods either adopt the traditional teaching method,or top-down to promote various teaching methods,ignoring the applicability and potential disadvantages of these methods.In order to solve the above problems,the classroom teaching methods of international trade practice should meet the needs of enterprises from bottom to top,take the cultivation of applied talents as the orientation,focus on the fit with teaching modules,and take the construction of lifelong education platform,such as MOOC,as the trend.Teachers should change from research type and academic type to double type,and carry out the goal of training applied talents.
