教师心理弹性量表的修编 被引量:1

摘要 目的:编制适合教师群体使用的心理弹性量表。方法:结合已有的心理弹性量表,通过访谈和问卷调查形成初始量表,并运用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析对量表进行检验。结果:量表包括3个维度,且具有良好的信效度。结论:教师心理弹性量表符合测量学要求,可作为测量教师心理弹性的有效工具。
