进口设备是"双一流"建设的重要物质支撑条件。针对当前江苏高校普遍采用的进口设备采购与管理的现状,以产品全生命周期理论为基础,从集成数据环境、采购运行处置协同、工作流管理技术等关键技术入手,对进口设备采购与管理过程进行了深入分析。在研究业务过程协同性差问题的同时,提出有针对性和实用性的流程优化方案与对策。

Import equipment is an important material support condition for the construction of "Double First-Class". According to the status of the procurement and management of imported equipment widely used in current colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province, based on the product lifecycle theory, this paper makes an in-depth analysis on imported equipment procurement and management process from the key technology of integrated data environment, procurement operation disposal collaboration, workflow management technology. while studying the problem of poor collaboration in procurement and management process, this paper proposes a specific and practical process optimization scheme and countermeasures.
