This article demonstrates the features of Non-Government Organizations(NGOs) in poverty reduction of Bangladesh. Analyses the efficiency of the activities NGOs have developed to support the poor and social welfare. It introduces the practical reasons for the implementation of the programs NGOs have developed to let the poor population grow and learn the modern system of technology. The study also refers the relationship between NGOs and poverty eradication, as well as the significance of emerging NGOs. The research was completed with the graphical demonstration of the data enhancing the rationality of NGO efficiency.
