高校服务型学生党支部建设的影响因素与对策

党的十八大作出了加强基层服务型党组织建设的重大部署。高校学生党支部是对大学生党员进行培养的最基层党组织,加强其自身建设具有重要意义。随着社会经济的发展,大学生的思想观念和服务需求出现了较大的变化,对高校服务型学生党支部建设提出了新的要求,本文通过探析影响高校服务型党支部建设的自身因素,提出合理化对策,以提升高校服务型党支部建设水平。
