摘要
《不动产登记暂行条例》将于2015年3月1日开始正式施行。自此,我国将开始建立统一的不动产登记管理系统,实现不动产登记信息在各个政府部门和职能机构的互通互享。这一举措引起了各界的许多关注与热议,本文着重从公民,政府和社会三个层面分析了不动产统一登记管理系统建立后的影响并对当今不动产管理中存在的问题和阻力提出了一些政策建议。
The "provisional regulations on real estate registration” will formally be implemented on March 1, 2015. Since then, our country will begin to establish a unified real estate registration management system, realize the real estate registration information in various functions of government departments and agencies of the mutual enjoyment. A move that has caused many attention from all walks of life with, this article emphatically from citizens, government and society three levels after the construction of the real estate registration management system are analyzed and the influence of the current problems that exist in the real estate management and puts forward some policy suggestions on resistance.
