摘要
语言是文化的一面镜子,许多语言现象的存在都可以折射出文化的影子。本文拟从英语词汇所蕴含的文化因素入手探讨文化在英语教学中的重要性。
Language is a mirror of the culture in which it is rooted, and many language phenomena reflect the influences of culture on language. The article approaches the importance of culture in language teaching from the perspective of the cultural meaning of words.
