如何提升小学教师评课有效性的实践研究——小学教师听评课现状调查报告

摘要 听课评课是实施教学管理、促进教学改革的有效措施。新课程的实施,对听课评课提出了新的要求,陈旧落后的听课评课模式再也无法适应新课程的需要。在新课程理念下,建立符合新课程的要求、促进学生成长和教师发展、教学改革和教育教学质量提高的听课评课新模式,是新课程改革的一项重要任务。但是,目前,我校评课方面存在的问题:重听轻评,敷衍了事;平淡肤浅,面面俱到;参评面窄,以偏盖全;只看表面热闹,却不重实效;重视了教师的教,忽视学生的学;重视了教学的手段,却轻视了教学的实质等。针对目前的一些现状,本文对新课程实施后听课评课的具体情况进行了调查,为今后的教学改革提供了一些可借鉴的依据,也为我校进一步加强教学研究提出了努力的方向。 Listen to the teacher evaluation is the implementation of teaching management, the effective measures to promote the teaching reform.
