关于医学生创新能力培养的几点思考

培养具有创新能力的高素质医学人才是当今深入改革与发展社会环境下的人才培养重任,在实现创新性国家建设的道路上迫切需求具有自主创新创业意识的大学生人才。笔者根据自身工作经验,从团委工作的角度出发,就如何培养和提高医学生创新创业能力谈几点认识和思考。

To cultivate high quality medical talents with innovative ability is the thorough reform of talent cultivation and development of the social environment, on the way to realize the innovative national construction, urgent need with independent consciousness of college students' innovative undertaking talents. The author according to their own work experience, from the perspective of youth league work, how to cultivate and improve the ability of medical students' innovative undertaking some understanding and thinking.
