独立学院校企合作与大学生就业能力提升探索

Cooperation between independent school and enterprise, and college students' employment ability improve exploration

"就业乃民生之本",大学生就业问题是当前政府、社会、高校等各方关注的焦点。独立学院人才培养方向多以应用型人才为主,突出学院自身特色与品牌建设,校企合作是根本亦是关键。本文从校企合作模式出发,分析当前校企合作出现的问题,希望通过进一步深化校企合作来提升大学生就业能力。

'Employment is vital to people's livelihood', college students employment problem is the focus of attention to current government, society, university, etc.. Independent college personnel training direction mainly applied talents, highlight the characteristics of college itself and brand building, universityenterprise cooperation is also is the key. This article embarks from the university-enterprise cooperation mode, this paper analyzes the current problems in universityenterprise cooperation, hope that through further deepening university-enterprise cooperation to promote university students' employment ability.
