以物理科为例,对高等师范学校课堂构建学习共同体的实践探索

摘要 高等师范学校的学生大多在中学里没有养成良好的学习习惯,他们不仅知识基础薄弱,还缺乏与人沟通、交流的机会和能力,学习和生活长期处于一种被动和消极的状态。如何改变这种现状,运河高等师范学校课题组选择物理课堂为突破口,通过在物理课堂上学习共同体的构建,来提高学生课内外主动学习的参与度及兴趣。课题组在构建和谐的师生关系,教学生学会倾听、教学生学会分享、丰富课堂教学策略等方面做了大量的探索,为高等师范学校的课堂教学改革探索了一条有价值的思路。 Most of the higher normal school students in secondary school did not develop good study habits, they not only weak knowledge base, also the lack of opportunities to communicate with people, communication and ability, study and life is in a state of a passive and negative for a long time. How to change this situation, the canal in higher normal school team chose physics classroom as the breakthrough point, through the construction of a learning community in physics class, inside and outside class to improve students' active participation and interest of learning. Group in the construction of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, teaching students learn to listen, teach students to learn to share, enrich classroom teaching strategy to do a lot of exploration, for the classroom teaching reform of higher normal school explores a valuable ideas.
