加强基层民主制度建设,是完善社会主义民主政治的必然趋势和重要的基础。中国基层民主制度建设毫无疑问已经取得了很大的成绩。但与此同时,在基层民主建设实践中还存在较多的问题和难点,我们必须努力突破制约基层民主制度建设的瓶颈,积极推动社会主义基层民主制度建设不断取得新进展,从而完善社会主义民主政治。
