试论高职院校青年教师师德师风之建设

青年教师是高职院校未来发展的主力军,他们的师德师风建设关系到高职院校的办学方向和未来发展。针对目前青年教师师德师风建设的现状,高职院校要从加强青年教师自身素养、开展系列培训和示范激励活动、构建科学合理的评价体系、营造良好的育人环境等方面着手,切实加强青年教师的师德师风建设,从而提升高职院校师资队伍的整体素质,促进高职教育的健康发展。
