竞赛模式在高职高专的实践探讨

The practice of competition mode in higher vocational college

当下,技能竞赛已经成为我国高职专职院校为了创新教学模式,所采取的教学手段之一,但是,在这种模式的实践中,我们应该清醒的认识到,很多高职高专院校仅仅注重尖子生的选拔,没有考虑到整体素质的全面提高,导致了学校管理不善,所以,笔者将深入讨论竞赛模式在高职高专的应用实践中,存在的问题以及今后的应对之策。

At present, the skills competition has become a full-time higher vocational colleges and universities to innovate teaching mode in our country, has taken one of teaching means, but, in the practice of this model, we should be acutely aware that many vocational college just pay attention to the selection of a straight-a student, does not take into account to improve the overall quality and mismanagement led to the school, so, the author will further discuss competition mode in higher vocational college application practice, the existing problems and the solution in the future.
