职业社会学视域下我国大学生职业发展教育研究

College students' career development education research in China under the professional horizon of sociology

当前,我国大学生的就业形式非常的严峻,高校也认识到了此种就业形式,因此有针对性的开展了大学生职业发展教育,旨在帮助大学生毕业之后更好的进行就业。然而,当前各个高校的职业发展教育体系还不完善,在对大学生进行教育时还存在着一些问题,制约了职业发展教育的发展,因此,本文在介绍职业发展教育的概念和内容的基础上,分析了职业发展教育存在的问题,并提出了具体的改进措施。

At present, our country college students' employment form is very serious, colleges and universities also realized the employment form, thus targeted to carry out the college students' career development education, aims to help students better to employment after graduation. However, current college career development education system is not perfect, during the education of college students, there are some problems, restricting the development of career development education, therefore, this article introduces the concept and content of career development education, on the basis of analyzing the existing problems in career development education, and puts forward the concrete improvement measures.
