基于道德榜样视角探析如何提高个体道德

Discusses how to improve the individual morality based on the perspective of moral example

道德榜样是个古老的话题,也是一个常谈常新的话题,随着改革的深入,社会个体的人生观、价值观、道德观也出现巨大的转变。社会上,各种非道德、反道德的事件不时发生,在纷繁复杂的社会背景下,应该怎样提高个体道德呢?本文作者认为,道德榜样作为一种教化手段,对提高个体道德有着重要作用,但在新时期有崇高的道德情操及高尚人格品质的道德榜样对个体道德的影响却在弱化。文章从三个方面讨论道德榜样弱化的表现,针对现状从五个方面提出提高道德榜样作用的途径,希望能发挥榜样示范的作用,以榜样的精神净化社会风气。

The moral example is an old topic, also is a new topic, and often with the deepening of the reform, the social individual outlook on life, values, moral values are also huge change. Society, all kinds of moral, the moral events occur from time to time, in the complicated social background, how to improve the individual morality? In this paper, the author thinks that moral example, as a means of enlightenment, to improve the individual morality plays an important role, but in the new era have noble moral sentiment and noble personality quality of moral example of individual moral influence is weakened. Discussed from three aspects, weakening of moral example on the status quo from five aspects put forward for improvement of the moral example, hope to be able to play to the role of the model demonstration, purify the social atmosphere, in the spirit of model to promote the increase of individual morals of the whole society.
