摘要 小学全科教师本科专业的培养模式,在我国还处在一个探索阶段,目前普遍的观点是着重在学科上体现"全覆盖",那么在综合素质上要体现"全",就需要建立一套行之有效综合素质培养模式,本文就是从理论体系和实践操作两个方面出发,研究小学全科教师综合素质培养模式。 Primary school general undergraduate professional training mode, teachers in our country is still in an exploring phase, the consensus view is currently mainly reflect "covered" on the subject, then want to reflect on the overall quality "full", needs to establish an effective comprehensive quality training pattern, this article is from two aspects of the theoretical system and practical operation, the general elementary school teachers comprehensive quality cultivation mode.
