小组工作介入农村留守初中生自我控制的应用研究

摘要 对于留守初中生来说,影响其生活的心理品质更多地取决于自我控制的强弱,但留守的境况中家庭教育缺失很容易导致自我控制能力的缺乏。基于此,特对留守初中生自我控制能力的提高进行研究,通过制定小组方案计划在贵州省瓮安县Y中学开展社会工作实务,运用小组工作的专业方法来提高农村留守初中生的自我控制能力,提出小组方法在提高留守初中生自我控制能力应用上的适应性和有效性。研究和实践显示:小组工作方法适用于相关的教育和管理实践活动,它对于留守初中生的自我控制能力的提高有着切实的积极意义。 For the left-behind junior middle school students, affect their psychological quality of life more depends on the strength of the self-control, but staying in the circumstances of the lack of family education could easily lead to the lack of self-control. Based on this, the improvement of left-behind junior high school students self control ability is studied, through formulating the plan of team project in Guizhou province Weng 'an Y schools of social work practice, using professional team work method to raise rural left-behind junior high school students self control ability, group method is put forward to raise the left-behind junior middle school students self-control adaptability and effectiveness of the application. Research and practice shows that: group work method is suitable for the education and management practice, it rises to the self-control ability of left-behind junior middle school students had a positive practical significance.
