浅谈大学生就业存在的问题及解决对策

在职业教育市场化、高等教育大众化的今天,高校毕业生连年呈递增趋势,同时,受世界金融危机的影响,国内一些中小企业纷纷破产,就业岗位逐年减少,大学生就业形势十分严峻。因此,针对大学生就业存在的问题采取行之有效的措施改变大学生就业难的现状,已经成为刻不容缓的社会问题。文章分析了当前大学生就业存在的问题,并针对如何实现大学生顺利就业谈几点个人看法。以期抛砖引玉。

The vocational education marketization and popularization of higher education, college graduates increasing trend for years, at the same time, influenced by the world financial crisis, some domestic small and medium-sized enterprises went bankrupt, jobs decrease year by year, college students' employment situation is very grim. Aiming at the existing problem of university students' employment, therefore, to take effective measures to change the status quo of college students' employment, has become an urgent social problem. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current university students' employment, and about how to realize several personal opinions on the smooth employment of college students.
