摘要
中国饮食文化资料是文化资料翻译中的一种。本文分析了刘军茹《中国饮食》一书英文版的译文,整理分析了其中的三种翻译问题:粗心误译、名称翻译的不统一、文化资料的理解偏差。这三种问题对中国文化资料翻译的启示是:译者个人的语言文化素养;译者个人的职业伦理;出版部门细致审核的必要性;深层次理解中国文化因素的重要性。
The Chinese diet culture information is one of the cultural information translation. This article analyzed Liu Jun-ru’s English translation of "Chinese food", analyzing three kinds of translation problems: careless mistranslation, name translation is not unified, deviation of the understanding of the cultural information. The three problems of Chinese cultural information translation revelation: language and culture of the translator's personal accomplishment; The translator personal work ethic; The necessity of the publishing sector detailed review; The importance of deep understanding of Chinese cultural factors.
