职业院校对少数民族学生管理工作的探讨

发展民族职业教育,不仅能有效的推动民族地区经济的发展,同时也能促进民族地区的和谐稳定。本文首先分析了目前我国民族职业教育存在的问题,阐述少数民族学生的特点,而后针对少数民族学生的特点提出了具有针对性的因材施教的教育管理办法。

The development of national vocational education, not only can effectively promote the development of economy in national regions, at the same time also can promote the minority areas of harmony and stability. At first, this paper analyzes the problem of national vocational education in our country at present, and expounds the characteristics of minority students, and then according to the characteristics of minority students proposed targeted measures for the management of the education of students according to their aptitude.
