This paper analyzes the development of military journals and editorial duties, editing the content of the educational responsibility is discussed, and the final resolution edit education responsibility to play, put forward the army journal editors should set up the ideas of education, carefully deal with new contributions, help the couple grow, and constantly improve their own quality.
