法学教育中法律职业道德品格养成教育问题研究——以法学教育改革为视角

法学教育主要是为社会培养出法律职业中优秀的工作者,这些年我国法学教育主要是通过法律实践部门培养了大量的专门法律人才,推动了我国法治建设的进程,但是在注重知识和技能的培养过程中我们往往忽视了重要的思想教育——法律职业道德教育。这导致我们培养出的法律人才欠缺关于职业道德方面的信仰。本文就如何改变法律职业道德的缺失状况,把法律职业道德规范内化为学生的道德自觉,促使法科学生养成良好的法律职业道德品格是现代法学教育不可推卸的责任。
