滇西北地区幼教顶岗置换实习生自我评价调查分析

顶岗置换实习是目前学前教育教师人才培养模式改革的新举措,能够促进准教师尽快适应幼儿园教育工作,也能为幼儿园教师提供提升专业能力的平台。通过问卷调查发现,顶岗实习生自查结果显示,其理论知识储备较优,但应对幼儿园突发事件及弹琴、书写等实践技能较弱。另外不同园性、园地、园属的实习生在专业适应、专业兴趣等方面有一定差异。
