滇西北地区幼教顶岗置换实习生自我评价调查分析

摘要 顶岗置换实习是目前学前教育教师人才培养模式改革的新举措,能够促进准教师尽快适应幼儿园教育工作,也能为幼儿园教师提供提升专业能力的平台。通过问卷调查发现,顶岗实习生自查结果显示,其理论知识储备较优,但应对幼儿园突发事件及弹琴、书写等实践技能较弱。另外不同园性、园地、园属的实习生在专业适应、专业兴趣等方面有一定差异。 The practice of field replacement is new measure for the pre-school education teachers training mode reform, to promote teachers to adapt to the kindergarten education work as soon as possible, could also provide the kindergarten teachers to improve professional ability of the platform. Through the questionnaire survey, field interns check list, according to the results of the theoretical knowledge reserve is optimal, but kindergarten paroxysmal events and play the piano, writing practice skils such as weak. In different garden, garden, garden belongs to the interns in the professional, professional interest, etc, have certain differences.
