摘要 资源均衡配置是实现教育公平和社会公平正义的客观要求。我国教育还存在着巨大的城乡和地区差别,推进教育均衡发展的任务较为艰巨,教育资源均衡配置是推进教育均衡发展的关键性问题,本文根据马克思、恩格斯关于人的全面发展与教育公平关系理论以及马克思主义中国化理论中毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛、习近平等历代领导人关于教育公平理论的阐述,为我国制定合理的教育资源均衡配置政策,有效地推进教育均衡发展提高重要的理论基础。 The resource equilibrium configuration is objective requirement to the realization of education fairness and social fairness and justice. Education in our country, there are huge and regional differences between urban and rural areas, promote the balanced development of the education of the task is more difficult, the balanced education resources allocation is the key problem of balanced development of education, according to Marx and Engels about man's all-round development and education fair relationship theory and Mao Ze-dong, Deng Xiao-ping, Jiang Ze-min and Hu Jin-tao and Xi Jin-ping, generations of leaders about the education equity theory, for a balanced education resource allocation policy in our country, effectively promote the balanced development of the education to improve the important theoretical basis.
