软件工程类专业实习教学模式的探索

Exploration of Practice Teaching Mode about Software Engineering Specialty

软件产业作为信息产业的核心,是国民经济信息化的基础。而软件人才又是推动软件产业发展的最主要资源,因此,探索出一种适应软件产业发展需求的人才培养模式是当务之急。但是软件人才与企业实际需求又相互脱节,因此本文提出一种以软件人才市场需求为目标、以校企合作为平台、以实践能力的培养为核心的专业实习环节教学模式。该模式由"三段式"构成,即"校内实习+企业实习+校内总结",以便更好的解决当前软件专业实习环节中存在的问题。

The software industry is the foundation of national economy informatization as the core of the information industry, and software talent is the most important resource to promote the development of the software industry. So, exploring a talent cultivation mode of the development of software industry is requirement. At present, the status of software talent cultivation and enterprises demand is disjunction. In this paper, we propose a practice teaching mode with goal of software talents market demand, cooperation platform of the school and enterprise, and the core of cultivating the practice ability. The model is composed of "three stages", that is “school practice+ enterprise practice+ school summary”, and it resolve the major problems existed in the practice link.
