摘要
本文主要以宁波地区的企业和高校为调查对象,收集双方对工业设计人才的核心能力态度指数,然后分析双方的认知差异,并对其进行分析,最后为高校制定工业设计人才培养方案提出的建议。
This article takes the enterprise of Ningbo area and university as the object of investigation, collecting the attitude to the core competence of industrial design talent index, and then analyzed the cognitive difference of the both sides, and carries on the analysis, finaly for coleges and universities to develop industrial design talent training scheme Suggestions are put forward.
