摘要
2015年1月14日,国务院印发《关于机关事业单位工作人员养老保险制度改革的决定》,决定从2014年10月1日起对机关事业单位工作人员养老保险制度进行改革,实行社会统筹与个人账户相结合的基本养老保险制度,由单位和个人共同缴费1。同时改革退休费计发办法,养老制度改革是影响到全社会的敏感问题,涉及到不同群体的切身利益。所以,分析机关事业单位养老保险制度改革中的出现的问题,减少改革过程中的阻力,能够更好地保障和改善民生,促进社会公平正义,构建和谐社会。
On January 14, 2015, the state council issued "the staff old-age insurance system in government institutions reform decision", a decision from October 1, 2014, the staff old-age insurance system in government institutions reform, also combines social mutual assistance programs with personal accounts system of basic endowment insurance, pay cost jointly by units and individuals. Discrepancies due to the reform plan hair method at the same time, the pension system reform is to affect the sensitive issues of the whole society, involves the vital interests of different groups. So, analyze the authority institution to the problems in the old-age insurance system reform, reduce the resistance in the process of reform, to better safeguard and improve people's livelihood, promote social equity and justice, building a harmonious society.
