浅析高职院校征兵工作问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Conscription in Vocational Colleges

征集高职学生应征入伍是优化兵员结构,提高部队信息化作战能力的重要举措。本文从国家对高职学生入伍政策、入伍主观认识、身体素质等方面对职院校征兵工作现状进行分析,提出当前形势下高职院校存在的征兵难问题,在此基础上寻找对策,为高职院校征兵工作提供可行性对策。

Enlisting vocational college students into the army is an important measure to optimize troop structure and improve the information combat capability of the army. Through analyzes on the present situation of vocational college conscription from aspects, such as, national conscription policy for vocational college students, students' subjective understanding of conscription, and their physical quality, etc., this paper points out the problems of vocational college conscription difficulties under the current situation, based on which, it also seeks some countermeasures in the hope of providing some feasible solutions for conscription in vocational colleges.
