摘要
道家"善治"的管理思想不仅为当时动荡的社会提供了一种有效地借鉴模式,而且从现实的层面对"道"本体做了现实意义的回归。"善治"的管理理念是对道自然无为的品性最生动的描述,其中内含的管理思想也为当代社会管理中的瓶颈提供了参考的意义。
