高校思想政治教育视角下“90”后大学生法律意识的培养

党的十八届四中全会明确提出了"建设中国特色社会主义法治体系,建设社会主义法治国家"的目标。在加快和全面推进依法治国进程中,提高全民法治素质,是对全党和全国人民的基本要求。对"90"后大学生更具有现实意义的,因为"90"后必定要成为祖国建设的中坚力量,培养和提高90后大学生的法律意识,这对法治建设总目标的实现起着重要作用。培养和增强大学生法律意识也是社会主义大学的重要目标,更是高校思想政治教育的基本内容之一。

The eighteen session of the fourth plenary session explicitly put forward the "building socialism with Chinese characteristics system under the rule of law, to build socialism country under the rule of law". In the process of accelerating and promoting the rule of law, improve the quality of the national rule of law, is the basic requirements of the party and the people of the whole country.
