摘要
在当前市场经济的影响下,青年教师的思想观念和价值取向发生了重大的变化,本文就我国目前民办高校青年教师思想政治教育工作中存在的问题,从五个方面探讨了提高青年教师思想政治教育的方法。
Under the influence of the current market economy, ideology and value orientation of young teachers, great changes have taken place in this paper, the young teachers in private colleges in our country at present the problems existing in the ideological and political education work, improve the young teachers are discussed from five aspects of ideological and political education methods.
