In the process of English learning, most of the students' English proficiency and quality did not achieve the desired purpose. Therefore, suitable for non-English major, as well as effective teaching methods to improve the students' English level is a problem in most colleges and universities. This article explores the characteristics of the college English curriculum itself and many disadvantages of traditional teaching method, and further make corresponding solutions.
