摘要
当前内地高校少数民族大学生教育管理过于突出"管理"的思维,针对性和实效性较弱,本文从交往理论中得到启发,强化从交往的角度加强内地高校少数民族大学生教育管理,提升少数民族大学生教育管理的科学化水平。
Now management education of mainland universities Minority College Students seriously highlight management thinking, but go weak in targeted and effective. This article was inspired from the communication theory, and strengthened to increase the management education of mainland universities minority college students from the perspective of interaction, and enhance the scientific level of education management of mainland universities minority college students.
