摘要
目的:通过自编问卷调查,在全面分析民办高校心理健康教育课程实际教学需求的基础上,探索体验式教学在心理健康教育课程中的有效性。方法:选取75名大学生作为被试,采用实验组-对照组前后测设计和90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行教学实验。结果:对照组问卷前后测差异不显著,而实验组除个别因子外,其余因子较实验前有显著改善。此外,实验组也给予了教学效果更高的评价。结论:与传统的课堂讲授法相比,体验式教学在提升民办高校学生心理健康水平上更有效,教学效果更显著。
Objective: through the self-made questionnaire, private colleges in the comprehensive analysis of mental health education curriculum on the basis of the actual teaching demand, to explore the experience type teaching effectiveness in mental health education curriculum. Methods: choosing 75 college students as subjects, the experimental group - control group before and after the test design and 90 symptoms self evaluation scale (SCL - 90) for teaching experiment. Questionnaire results: control group has no significant difference before and after the test, and the experimental group in addition to the individual factor, the factor before the experiment has improved significantly. In addition, the experimental group also gives higher evaluation teaching effect. Conclusion: compared with the traditional classroom teaching method, the experience type teaching in private colleges' ascension more effective on students' psychological health level, the teaching effect is more significant.
