如今中国已经进入经济高速发展的时期并为世界所共睹,经济高速发展背景之下,文化艺术越来越为人们生活中不可或缺的一部分,艺术全球化的重要性也日益显现,英语对艺术专业学生来说有着重要的作用。目前,艺术生英语教学所存在的矛盾也是很突出的。所以教育者要培养艺术生的学习兴趣,探索实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和教学途径。如何改革课堂教学模式,采用多种兴趣教学法应是当前英语教育者思考的问题。

China now is experiencing a rapid development in economy and art has become a necessary part in modern life. The importance of art communication now requires good English for art major students. It is well known the difficulty for art majors to study English well. Educators should pay attention to explore the interest of learning English for art majors. From life experience, enhancing the teaching method of practice, joining, co-operation, and communication and reforming the cross cultural teaching method is a good way.
