摘要
大学英语教学具有自身的特殊性,面临的教学对象不同,开展教学的目的和方式也不同,并且大学英语中的文化多元性、知识结构的丰富性决定了大学英语教师发展问题探究的重要性。
College English teaching has its own particularity, facing the different teaching object, carries out the teaching purpose and way are different, and the richness of cultural diversity, the knowledge structure of college English decide the importance of college English teachers' development issues to explore.
