Vocabulary pragmatics from the perspective of dynamic combined lexical meaning and word use, makes up for the traditional lexical semantics to ignore the lack of vocabulary in the process of communication applications. This article through the lexical pragmatics and an overview of the factors influencing the development of pragmatic competence, put forward some suggestions to the cultivation of learners' pragmatic competence.
