浅谈高校督办工作

执行力是高校核心竞争力、创造力和凝聚力的重要体现,而督办工作则是强健高校领导干部执行力,改进工作作风,促实干抓落实的利器。本文在阐释高校督办工作重要意义的基础上,分析了高校督办工作存在的问题,进而提出了加强高校督办工作的思路。

The executive force is the important of core competitiveness of colleges and universities, creativity and cohesion, and the supervisory work is strong execution of leading cadres of colleges and universities, improve the work style, to promote work grasp implementation tool.
