在网络技术快速发展和广泛普及的当代,网络已经成为人们不可或缺的部分,网络信息资源也成为了当今人类的活动记录和缩影。及时地将有效、有价值的网络信息资源进行有选择性地存储、保护并加以利用,是对人类文明的保护和传承。本文从档案学的视角分析档案部门主导网络信息资源的保存利用既是社会职责,也是不可推卸的责任,阐明档案部门具有的先天优势与挑战,并加以策略分析,旨在加强档案部门在网络信息资源保存工作中发挥自己所长,为保护和传承人类文明作出贡献。

With the rapid development of network technology and popularization, the network has become an integral part of the people, the network information resources has become the current human activities records and microcosm. In a timely manner will be effective and valuable network information resources for selectively storage, protection and utilization, is for the protection and inheritance of human civilization. Analysis in this paper, from the perspective of archival science archives dominate the preservation of network information resource utilization as well as social responsibility, also is unshirkable responsibility, clarify archives has innate advantages and challenges, and strategy analysis, aimed at strengthening archives in the network information resources preservation work themselves, contribute to protection and inheritance of human civilization.
