摘要
空乘服务与其他职业的服务工作相比具有一定的特殊性,其服务过程直接体现了客舱服务的质量,并且成为了展示航空公司形象,提高对客源吸引力的重要内容。在服务工作开展的过程中,乘务人员自身的基本礼仪和形体语言是决定空中服务质量的重要前提。因此,在开展空乘专业学生培养的工作中,要关注空乘礼仪与形体训练课程的开展,打造更加高素质、高水平的优秀人才。
Compared with other professional services, cabin service has certain particularity, the service process directly reflect the quality of the cabin services, and become the show the image of the airlines, improve the important content of tourism attraction.
