当前我国高职院校已经认识到了开展大学生素质教育工作的意义,高职院校的素质拓展工作也是渐入佳境,同时,也取得了一些成绩。然而,素质拓展工作的开展关系到大学生能否充分的发展个性,拓展素质,能否为素质教育在高职院的延续和升华起到引导性的作用。而当前高职院大学生素质拓展工作存在认识不到位、管理体系不完善等影响素质拓展工作发展的瓶颈。解决这些问题的途径和方法是我们非常关心的。
