摘要
我国设立了离婚损害赔偿制度,并以此完善了夫妻财产制度。但是,在很多时候,受害方由于各种顾虑,不会选择离婚这一方式来保护自己的合法权益。因此,制定婚内损害赔偿制度有其必要性。
The divorce damage compensation system established in China, and to improve the marital property system.
