县域学前教育均衡发展的保障机制研究

学前教育受到越来越多的教育专家及学者的重视。城乡学前教育在硬件设施、教育机会等方面的差距已经缩小,但县域学前教育质量应然存在较大的提升空间。主要存在如下问题:县域幼儿园布局不合理、幼儿师资配置不均衡、硬件设施存在两极分化现象、农村学前教育存在"小学化"等混乱局面。在此基础上提出提升县域学前教育均衡发展的保障机制:规范农村民办幼儿园的管理;建立有效提升农村幼儿教师专业素养的培训机制;县域学前教育的成本分担机制;课程建设更符合县域教育环境;建设"家园"合作模式等。
