摘要
行动研究对在职教师专业发展有极大的促进作用,对于职前教师来说同等重要。笔者采用了反思、写教学日志以及同伴互助的方式,在两个学期的行动研究之后,笔者回顾自己过去一年在教学方法和处理师生关系上取得了很大的进步,也为毕业后正式踏上教学岗位做了很好的铺垫。
The action research has great role in promoting the professional development for teachers, for pre-service teachers are equally important. I reflect on the log, writing teaching and help each other, after two semesters of action research, the author review the past year in teaching methods and has made great progress on dealing with the relationship between teachers and students, also for graduation after officially on teaching jobs do good bedding.
