批评话语视角下的新闻调查节目分析——以虐待儿童为例

作为一种新的语篇分析工具,批判性话语分析为审视电影提供了新的视角。近年来,虐待儿童事件在大众视野中频繁出现,本文以2015年1月24日的《新闻调查—当伤害来自亲人》为例,分析批评话语视角下对于中国首例撤销亲生父母监护权的当事人案例进行分析,从批评话语的发展历程意义等方面,在理论和方法上应遵循的八条原则,分析的主要方法进行深入剖析。在虐待儿童背后,只有由法律介入才能更好的保护未成年人的身心健康,才能从根本上减少伤害儿童的事情发生。
