应用AMSTAR标准评价国内糖尿病护理干预领域中系统评价/Meta分析的研究质量

The quality of systematic review and meta-analysis in diabetic nursing area: based on the AMSTAR Checklist

目的:评价国内糖尿病护理干预领域中系统评价/Meta分析的研究质量。方法:建立纳入排除标准,计算机检索CNKI、万方、维普文献数据库。2名研究者独立筛选文献并依AMSTAR标准进行质量分析。结果:总共纳入4篇有关糖尿病护理干预的系统评价/Meta分析,总体研究质量不高。分析原因主要是方法学的不规范与研究报告的不完整。结论:国内糖尿病护理领域中的系统评价/Meta分析的方法学与研究质量尚待提高。建议未来应该接轨国际,注重方法学与报告质量的提高。

Aim: To evaluate current Chinese systematic review and Meta-analysis related to the nursing intervention for diabetes. Method: Various databases were searched, and the included researches were assessed by AMSTAR Checklist. Results: Totally, 4 Meta-analysis were identified and evaluated by AMSTAR column,and the overall qualities are not good. Conclusion: The quality of related Chinese systematic review and Meta-analysis need improvement.
