关于高等院校行政服务中心建设的思考

随着时代的发展,我国进入了建设服务型政府的重要时期。因此,各地政府纷纷开始设立了行政服务中心——政务大厅,政务大厅对于建设我国服务型政府起到了积极作用,它可以提高公共服务质量,提高行政效率[1]。政务大厅的建立也为高等院校行政工作起到了积极开拓的作用。本文围绕参观吉林医药学院大学生事务服务中心——政务大厅,对其在学校服务行政方面所起到的作用进行了分析和研究,阐述了建立高等院校特别是独立院校政务大厅不仅可以提高学校行政办公效率,而且可以降低行政成本、减少中间环节,极大地方便师生,推进学校服务型行政建设进程。
